Results

Training and QA team were able to achieve $1M bottom-line growth by call handling time in 6 countries.

Task/Activity

Training and QA team were tasked to help contribute to this saving by reducing call handling time.

  • Training & QA teams developed a project plan w/Senior Leaders
  • Since ESL, build trainings and job aids to help streamline commonly used phrases in 4 countries (Guatemela, Dominican Republic, Mexico, and El Salvador)

Reduced onboarding time by 10% and improved new hire retention rates by implementing an associate onboarding program for North and South America and Canada.

  • Created an New Hire journey from the time the offer letter is signed thru 18 months
  • Created an engaging and interactive orientation session using AhSlides
  • Worked with Talent Acquistion to setup triggers to Hiring Managers to complete actions
  • Setup a new hire buddy program
  • Created a New Leader Training, Hiring Manager Training & Toolkit, Buddy Training & Toolkit
  • Setup LMS to automate a new hire's profile when they achieved specific milestones throughout their training
  • Created a intranet web page for leaders to reference and find resources

The organization faced a large penalty due to improper management and disposal of outdated products.

Results

Achieved compliance and avoided $2M in potential penalties.

Task/Activity

Develop a module to enforce standard operations and track compliance to prevent future penalties.

  • Developed a required compliance learning module.
  • Implemented a system to track compliance and set annual training schedules.
  • Upgraded back offices with color-coded disposal containers and quick reference guides.
  • Rolled out the process across all North American locations.
